The evangelistic activity hasn't been very productive this month. God gave us the opportunity to interpret and attend three evangelism conferences in three different places in our country. A pastor from the States and I had planned this for a long time because I felt this was a need of the ministers here. As a result, I heard some encouraging testimonies from the people who attended the conferences. They said, "we'll keep pressing on, we'll go again because that is what God wants from us, to preach the gospel". The places where the conferences took place were in Hincesti (Hirtop), Balti (Snagerei) and Causeni (Anenii Noi). Another special and blessed opportunity was to attend a seminary about family theology . My wife came along. I am part of a program held by Leader Formation Institute for Eastern Europe. They usually have two seminaries a year for the families included in this program. The five days we were able to spend there were very important for us as a family, but also for the ministry we do. We came back with new ideas, decisions and plans to improve our family relations. We also came with the desire to help other families. It will help us with the premarital counseling as well. I had a wonderful opportunity to spend some time with my wife alone. Wehad a seven hour trip to Vulcan (Brasov) and back. We had fellowship and opened our hearts as we shared our fears, worries and desires with one another. It was like a mutual counseling. Preaching I am preaching about the spiritual gifts from 1 Corinthians 12-14 this month. I want the whole church to understand their importance in the church and how little we use them in the ministry. Mission I continue to travel to Gura Bicului every Thursday and Sunday. We meet over at someone's place and have about 6-10 people. We try to reach some other people who used to come to church. We also edify one another. There are some challenges but the Lord helps us to go on. We are thankful for each person involved in the ministry in Anenii Noi, they do it with great responsibility.
