One important event this month was on March 8. On this occasion, we tried to reach the parents of the kids, especially the mothers. Together with the kids we prepared something for their mothers. They took a flower along with the invitation to the special program we had prepared. Five non-Christian parents attended the church service. We were happy to see how God worked in the lives of the parents we had been praying for. We talked to one lady and we asked her what she thought about the church service. She said it had been a time of peace and quietness for her and she appreciated what we were doing with her daughters, Andreea and Alina. She wants to visit our church again.

We had a presentation of the kids ministry on the same occasion. I think the parents were encouraged to know that we were their partners in raising their children by working on the spiritual aspects of their life.

Rabia's parents started to attend our church not long ago. They also came on March 8. I am surprised to see the parents' willingness to allow their children to come to our club, but it is only because God is working in them.. Rabia's mom told me she was happy that her daughter attended our club.  She used to sing secular songs before she started to sing Christian songs and read the Bible. She even challenged her parents to come to church asking them why they didn't get baptized. That's the way God works in the parents through their children.

My disciple Mihaela invited me and my family to come to her birthday party. We had the opportunity to get to know her family better, to talk to them and challenge them to get close to God. We are thankful for such opportunities when we can witness to people. I invited Mihaela's mother to come to the baptism service at out church. She came with her daughter Mihaela and heard the Word of God.  As leaders, we have the responsibility to get in touch with the kids on a weekly basis. We ask them how they are and about the school situation. We talk to the parents about the situations they face in raising their children.

In our club activities, we started to tell the kids about the Bible. Our purpose is for kids to understand that the Bible is true and unfailing and everything in it is nothing but God's own words. We also want to motivate the kids to read it every day. In order to do that, we give them homework. We are happy to see that they check the days when they read the Word. We pray that God will give them the desire and thirst to know more about His Word and fulfill it in their lives.

We get together with the whole working team on a weekly basis. I thank God for His guidance. During these meetings we can talk and find solutions to our problems, either personal or ministry related. I pray God will give me wisdom to serve Him better by serving the team, the kids and their parents.

Theses are the kids that have attended our club this month: Alina, Andreea, Tatiana, Ionut, Stas and Liviu.

Two kids, Rabia and Gabriel, received a Bible during the Sunday church service. They had expressed their desire to read God's Word.

Mission without Frontier offered the kids the gift of a illustrated Bible. They were very happy to get it and we think that will motivate them even more. There are children who come and tell us how far they got with their reading. They're very excited about it. We praise God for the work He does through us in the lives of these kids.
