Natasa's Health Need Pray for me that I would be strong and victorious when going through the situations with my father (he drinks and spends his money on alcohol). Pray also for my health (allergy). I had a second opinion and I was told that part of my internal organs had been affected. They recommended a medical treatment, but it is very expensive (600 euros for six months). After the conference for pastors on January 25, I caught a bad cold. The pastor and his wife had already told me they were supposed to leave for the States on February 6 and asked me to come and stay at their place while they were gone. The day they left was my birthday. I chose to spend the day in prayer. I thanked God for my age, for His love and salvation, for His provision and for all the blessings and trials. A fiend of mine called to congratulate me and then she and her husband took me out for pizza. That meant a lot to me as it was great gift. God knew I had no place of my own or family close to me. But once again He showed me how great He is and how blessed I am to have such friends. Along with the pastor's wife and her husband, (Liduta and Pavel) I was in charge of looking after the pastor's four kids. We all had a specific responsibility. I had to cook, to get them up for school in the morning and to baby-sit Feli, the youngest one who doesn't go to the kindergarten. Every night, Pavel would tell them a Bible story and they had prayer time. I continued my ministry with the children. We did some crafts for Valentine's Day. The kids were supposed to take them home and show them to their parents telling them about what real love meant. We also learned how to set up a nice table for the holidays. I had a time of fellowship with the ladies from our church down at my place. One of the ladies had a birthday that day and we talked about God's work in our lives. We also invited a few unbelievers. It was a wonderful time. On February 26-28, I attended a Christian conference. They taught us how to work with the youth. We had seminars and discussion sessions.. I thank God for February, which has been a month full of blessings, trials, gifts, and new friends. It's been a month when I had the opportunity to look after four kids. Sometimes we make plans for things to go a certain way, but many times God has other plans. Lord, you are great!
