I continue to have the Bible study for the sport leaders each Saturday. I notice they are not being mature in what I want from them, but still they become more respectful to God and their attitude in prayer reveals that. We already have a bigger group as other people from the sport groups join us. They want to become sport trainers themselves. Preparing the leaders allows me to be more efficient in organizing other activities such as sport contests, exams, sport parades, and camps.
We are going organize contests for the whole country. We have received the support of the County Counsel. All I can say is that I no longer have to do everything by myself. My disciples have the desire to help and I just have to make sure they're doing things right. We have already started to pray for the camp and from now on we want to start making preparations as well. We are praying and believe that God can do far more than we can imagine. Sergiu B. is one of our sportsmen. His father is a doctor. I had a few opportunities to talk to him about the sport activities, but I was challenged particularly to share with him the Gospel. This is what he said about our sport activities, "it's good for kids to come to you because not only do they participate in the sport but they also learn a lot of things about God". He also said that his son, Sergiu, "has more respect for you than he does for me". I told him that was because he liked what he was doing . Also, I told him I got the inspiration from God. I don't know how much he understood, but I tried to make myself clear. One more thing I want to share with you is about Vera, a young lady that used to work with us until last year. She expressed her desire to come back. I prayed for God to give me wisdom to talk to her and to tell her what my expectations of her would be. I also talked to Anatol and we came to the conclusion that it was up to her to make a decision. If she decided to come, she would have to take responsibility for her actions and life. She seemed not to be very open to what we had told her because she still has not joined us. I realized it was so easy for Satan to use people's weaknesses. It has been easier for her to give in than to come back to service.
