With the Lord's help a new year started. The first ten days I managed to visit my friends and it was a great blessing. Maybe you remember that I know a family that adopted 10 children (Masa and Ion M. During my visit they were organizing a camp in the neighboring village where they work as missionaries. So I helped them by staying home with the kids and preparing the meals. During that time I visited two other friends as well. We talked, read and meditated upon some passages from the Bible.

On January 11, I started the ministry. We organized our meetings with the ladies from the church. These were wonderful and blessed meetings where the ladies could share their burdens, blessings and encourage one another.

Also there was a conference in our church for three days. The subject was Spiritual Revival and leaders from different regions attended. Along with other ladies from the church we worked in the kitchen. Each day there were Bible messages, testimonies, tea, and dainty meals.

This year, our youth leader Pavel has a special plan regarding the youth meetings. We will focus on evangelism, prayer, and knowing one another. The young people have a lot of energy, but it is important to focus that energy on God's way. It is important how one spends his green years because everything will pass. We are blessed to have such a youth leader as Pavel.

We continued the children project. I am in charge of the workshop time. We had different activities over the winter. The children tore out sheets of paper into pieces and created something on winter. Then we had a contest with their projects. The winners were two persons who did something very beautiful. We all had to guess the meaning of their works. This past month we managed to offer food packages to 8 people. We had to visit and give them those packages. I helped buy them. I couldn't make the visits because I had an appointment with the doctor that day. I heard that everything went well and the doors were open for those who visited.

This past month I had the opportunity to talk to a lady. She is a manager at the Salubrity Agency which she is in charge of the cleaning and garbage collection in town. I went to pay the bill for the church so the truck would come to pick up the garbage. That lady had seen me twice in her life. During the winter time I wear a scarf and bonnet. Even my relatives don't recognize me. But when she saw me she asked me, "Come in, please sit down. I want to talk to you." Then she told me she was undergoing a difficult time in her life and needed advice. She was always asking me, "what should I do?" I was a bit shocked and wondering, "what could I tell her about her situation?" It involved a great amount of money. Then she asked me about fasting and I explained it to her. She was very open. I talked to her for almost 40 minutes and then invited her to church. She said that each time she had wanted to come to church something had happened. We pray the Lord to take away the barriers that stop her from coming to church and knowing the truth.

Thank you all for supporting me in prayer and financially. I want you to know that nothing is in vain, God is seeing your sacrifice and only He can repay you. Thank you! Bless you!
