This month I continued to present the children other lessons about the church. I urged them to attend the Sunday morning service. I invited the children to sing a song for their teacher Alina who was baptized on October 18. We were glad to see that the children came even though it was difficult for most of them as they have non-Christian parents. The Lord worked in their hearts, sowing the good seed. Mihaela is one of the children who continues to come to church each Sunday. She received the Lord Jesus and wanted a Bible. Our pastor gave her a Bible, challenging her to cherish it as the most precious treasure. Mihaela started to read it. We pray that the Lord will reveal to her his Word. We organized an evangelistic meeting through tennis for children. We presented the Gospel through the manufacturing of bags. Each child could take their bag home and present it to a friend. Mihaela took her bag and presented it to her family and a neighbor family. We thank the Lord for her passion for the Word. There are four girls involved in the children club. We would like to have other volunteers, especially boys. The children's group from 9-12 years of age are mostly boys. We decided to invite a man from the church to each meeting. He will share with them a personal experience or a teaching that they can understand. We have already had our first guest. We pray that the men from the church will want to come occasionally. For greater efficiency we split the children in groups of 4-5 members. Each group has his own leader who will disciple and pray for them better. We want to show the children that we love and cherish them. We know that the love of Christ is the most important thing. We organized a contest between groups and have a big prize for the winning team. This motivated the leaders and their children to form unity in accomplishing their purpose. May the Lord bless us with the necessary resources. Maricica, the newest member of our team, is my disciple. She wrote down her personal testimony. I encouraged her to present her testimony to her Romanian teacher for correcting spelling mistakes. This was the first step toward her spiritual growth. The second step was to present her testimony in front of the children in the club. The children were surprised to hear her testimony. Maricica is 14. I thank God for his ministry in her life. Doina is another teenager who I met on the street when I went out for evangelism. She attends the English classes in our church. I challenged her to meet regularly with me. So I started to go through a Bible study with her on Jesus and How One Can Have Eternal Life. At this meeting Doina confessed that she received Jesus as Lord and Saviour in her life. I praise God for the ministry that He is doing in her life. Doina desire a Bible and received one from our pastor. The leader's team continue to attend the weekly prayer meeting of the church. We shared about how God is working and our prayer requests. We have already seen answers to our prayers. I continue to meet with my disciple, Tamara. She is a member of our church. While we are continuing the Bible study, she is learning how she can have a disciple. She will have to lead a Bible study on John's Gospel with a person. These were the things that we managed to do through the power and guidance of our Father.
