April has been a busy month because of the nice weather, but definitely because of our spiritual welfare.

We continued our Bible study about purity. One of the lessons was God's plan for the intimate relationship. Some of them got answers when it came to God' principles and the moral values for the intimate life. This Bible study prepared the sportsmen to live a better life. Some received a good and healthy perspective for their lives. The Bible study had six lessons and all of them had a clear message about God's will, a real blessing.
Another event this month was the contest in Chisinau. Twelve young men participated in this contest and won four gold medals, four silver medals and three bronze medals. These results represent God's work in them and shaping their character. Some of them are tested when it comes to their pride and diligence. They feel blessed and can see things from a different perspective.

86 of the 132 people we work with have been tested for a new level. They are usually examined in three different areas including the spiritual one. A good thing is that the parents have to help the little ones. Some of the parents had to read the parables with their children. The older ones talked about close relationships with their parents. Some of the parents told me they had never talked about such things with their children. While reading their Bible study, they realized their children had to know these things from them and not from their friends. Therefore, the study provided them a good time to communicate based on the Bible.

Three people failed the tests. One of them complained that the examination had been too tough and rigid. I had to talk to him and his parents. I asked him what the sport had done for him throughout the eight years of training. He listed several things. Then I asked him if it had taught him patience. I think it's been an extraordinary thing for him and I realized this is the way God works in their lives. Alic told his friends he would no longer come to practice, but during our last discussion, he promised he would continue to come. I will see if that is true after the Easter break.
