This month, we started planning the church strategy for 2011. We had meetings with different church committees to consolidate their plans. One of our goals is to bring 20 new believers to the Lord in this year. We also planned to start another three cell groups and to strengthen the youth to reach more young people in their colleges and universities. We are also planning how to raise funds from within for the church to buy land for a church building because right now is still in a good price. I have found one area that cost about $250/m2.

Ming Vanan's husband left her when she was seven months pregnant and already had one son. Now she gave birth to a child. The church has been taking good care of her physically and financially because no one is with her, especially during her giving birth. Her life is so difficult that she has to rent a house and work to feed her son and now the baby. Through the love and care from our church people now she has accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. And this is what she said to me, “My life has been through many hardships and difficulties and now I realize that I am a sinner. I want to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and I promise that I will believe in Jesus alone in my life.”

Prayer Requests:
1. For wisdom, strength to be able start three new cell groups.
2. That God will motivate church members for the generous giving for the church building project.
3. That God continues to protect and provide to ming Vanna, especially good health for all her children and we as a body of Christ provide her and the family warm love and care of our Lord Jesus Christ.
