Testimony from a sister in Sothon's church:
My name is Malis. I have four children and a husband who does not believe in Jesus, yet. I have believed in Jesus Christ since a year ago. Although my husband is not a Christian yet, he never does anything against me or the children.

On the 5th November, my family got a very heavy problem through losing about $800 because a thief came to our house and stole our things when we were away from home. I was very discouraged and so sad this happened in our family. We lost everything we had for our family. We are just farmers who need to work hard every day and now we lost everything we had. My husband and I had lost our hope and didn’t know what to do. I thought to myself, "How can I have money to buy food for my children and provide other needs in the family?"

After I went through all those thoughts I didn’t know what to do and then I just prayed to God in my heart and said that I needed His help for me not to lose hope in Him. I prayed, "Please give me joy instead of sadness." Suddenly, the encouragement from the Lord just came upon me and I was so relaxed that it seemed nothing had happened to me. And then my pastor had heard what happened and he visited me. He gave his love gift of about $4 and encouraged me to continue to trust God. I thank God who helped my family get better. Last Sunday my husband who is not a Christian reminded me to go to church. This gives me more joy.

Pray for the growth of the church and the maturity in faith.
Pray for good health and jobs.
Pray that God will heal all the sickness of the members.
Pray for Malis and family to continue to trust God and His provision.
