This month was very special for me because this month Jesus Christ was crucified for my sin. Through His crucifixion and resurrection today we all are saved. 22nd of April was Good Friday. We had a church service from 12-3 pm. On the Cross, Jesus said:

1. “Father forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing."
2. “Today you will be with me in paradise."
3. “Dear woman, here is your son."
4. “Eloi, Eloi lama sabachthani."
5. “I am thirsty."
6. “It is finished."
7. “Father into your hands I commit my spirit."

We prayed and shared from the Bible about the crucifixion (seven scriptures above).  

From January I have started an adult literacy program at my ministry field because many of my church members do not know how to write and read the Bible. Now, four months running classes; within four months they learned how to write their name and address and slowly they can read a few words; they are learning smoothly. I believe after one year they will be able to read the Bible.

Tapati and I are growing spiritually through prayer, reading His word, and doing ministry. God is so gracious in our family and ministry life. Every day we are preaching the gospel among the non-Christians and Christians. Ministry is continuing on through evangelism, Sunday school, house visiting, and church service. Now I have five churches in five different villages; total baptized members: 32, others: 10, total: 42. Likewise God is using me in His ministry at East Midnapur.

Prayer requests:
1. Please pray for me, Tapati, and our church members' spiritual growth.
2. Please pray for a small house where we can conduct church service. 
3. Please pray for Tapati’s mother's sickness.
