This month was very special for me, all of my church members, and my family because we celebrate that Jesus Christ has born. Two thousand years ago He was born on this earth and through Him today we are saved from sin. I thank God that because of Him today many people are saved in this world. From November, we have started practicing many different things like carol songs, small drama (about Jesus' birth), action songs, scripture memorizing competition, etc. From 23rd of December we started to decorate with colour paper, balloons, candles, Christmas tree, etc. On 25th December, 8 am to 10 am, we had a church service and after cake distribution, 12-1pm – lunch with special food. 1-4pm we spent time with song competition, memory verse competition, Bible quiz and at 5-6pm drama. In the evening we went for carol songs.

On 26th of December we spent time with games from 8:30-1 pm. After lunch we had a prize distribution and gift exchange game. In the evening we concluded with closing prayer. Like this is how we celebrated the Christmas program. In our Christmas program time some of the non-Christians also joined with us, and they saw our program and our love to one another. I shared with them about Jesus, why He had come to this earth, human sin and the need for salvation from 1 John 1:9, Acts 4:12 and John 3:16. I believe one day God will speak in their hearts. On 31st December night we spent time in prayer, reading the word of God, singing songs and we welcomed the new year, 2011.

Prayer Requests:
1. Please pray for my spiritual growth.

2. Please pray for Medinipur political problems.

3. Please pray for a small piece of land and small house where we conduct church service.

Thank you.
