Dear Brethren,
We are very happy to bring to you the news about the work at faith Baptist in Kabanana.  We thank God for granting g us good health, while we know that this is not so for all.  We once more, want to take this time to thank you for the time you spend for us in your prayers.  We can confidently mention to you that the Lord has not left us alone but has been answering prayer.  Slowly, things we having been praying for are coming to fruition and that encourages us a great deal.  Please, take time once again to pray for us in the following things:
Firstly, I would want us to pray for most of our church attendees, who actually fell sick two weeks ago.  It seems malaria is doing its round this season.  Pray specifically for Jabulani one of our regular children ministry attendee who was not feeling well last week; pray for  Kaumba Mondale who also was sick and is one of the most recent youth committed to all the church programs and the Mulendi family who were unwell too.  We are also told that most of the children in our attendee’s homes are not very well.  Please, pray for the healing as our attendees go through trying moments.

We have been praying for the church building project to commence for almost two years now.  How time flies.  Those of you who might not have taken this item at heart, we charge you in Christ’s name to do so. Please, pray intelligently for us in this matter.
Praise God with us for the prayer answered concerning Mrs. Lesa.  She left our church last December.   However, Sunday she came back to church.  It has taken over three months of pleading with her to show up at church again as we kept visiting her for counseling.  The issues that seemed to have been a strong discouragement to her now seem to have been sorted out after many times of help from the scriptures.

Praise God with me for the month of March was filled with blessings.  I had a rare privilege of attending two different meetings.  We had a conference at Lusaka Ministerial College by two brothers from USA.  This was really a blessing and it was beneficial to me and the ministry.  Today, I just returned from Langham Preacher’s serminar, held at Baptist seminary.  Again we went through the steps needed in constructing a sermon.

Pray also for all our ministries at faith Baptist church.  We are trying to do well in all the active ministries.  Hence, our request to you.  Remember, the Chirwas’ in your prayers made at meal times.  That we are laboring in Kabanana’s faith Baptist Church.  Finally, celebrate with us for our daughter Niza Chirwa who turned three (3) years old today.  We as parents are very happy for her.  We have seen her grow.  What a joy.  May the good Lord be with you as you pray for us. God bless you.

Yours in Christ service,
Curtis Chirwa
Pastor
Faith Baptist church, Kabanana site & service, Lusaka.
