This is an email we received from Sean Reece in Zambia. Before they left for Zambia, we loaded some household essentials and many boxes of books for them to use on the field there. We thank the Lord for His mercy and grace in getting the container to them in good shape.

Dear Brothers,
We have STUFF again!! Sad, isn't it? The container arrived at the Zambia/Zim border Tuesday morning and cleared the border by Tuesday night. Wednesday was spent clearing customs, and Thursday morning we escorted the truck to our home. I must admit a small lump in my throat when I first laid eyes on the container
- what a journey it's had from Hodges Ministries in Alabama. The Lord has faithfully watched over it. Brother Danny, our clearing agent in the church, organized the help of 10 Zambian young men, and we unloaded the entire 40' container by hand in under 2 hours! He was amazed (the trucking company allowed us 24 hours). After our 3 week ordeal with vehicles, can you believe the container cleared the border and customs in 2 days? Thanks again to all of you who helped load our goods. Haven't found anything broken yet. I think I'm more excited about the books for the Zambian churches than I am our stuff. You should have seen the shining eyes of our Zambian brothers when they saw the boxes of books coming out of that container! Brother Michael could hardly wait to start digging through boxes. Last night was our first night sleeping on a real mattress in 2 months - wow. In fact, it's the first soft, comfortable thing my body has felt since leaving South Africa in April. Almost as wonderful was waking up to brew our first pot of coffee in 2 months! I'd almost given up coffee cus instant is so nasty here. Brother Paul, you were right - our wives are overjoyed at having familiar kitchen things, and the kids are thrilled to have familiar bedding, etc. Thanks for encouraging the container idea. At last it doesn't feel anymore like we're camping in town.  Maybe we'll enjoy camping and coming home more. Our other Lozi friend Mwemba was in town for teacher training early this week. He lives several hours from Dom on the other side of the river. Dom got word to him that we were here, but unfortunately he didn't track us down until right before he had to leave. We had a good 1 hour visit, and he still seems curious, eager, and determined to find out which sect of "Christians" in Zambia is teaching biblical truth. He still feels that he hasn't seen true Christianity in the villages, and he wants Scripture to prove it. That's exciting. I love and miss you all, brothers. Thanks so much for your prayers.
Hoping in Christ, Sean
