FORTNIGHTLY PRAYER REQUESTS

Dear Brethren,

It is once again a joy in the Lord to write down what the Lord has been doing in our midst. The Lord has blessed our evangelism efforts in that we have a number of people to follow up on. The two people, Bornface Z. and Timothy B., which in my last letter have started coming to church. They have a zeal for the word of the Lord.

Brother Rueben T. started theological training at Covenant College on 23rd February 2010. Brother Biseck M. had a funeral in Chipata. While at the funeral, his house in Petauke was damaged due to the heavy rains which have been in the area where he lives.
Thank God that no one was injured. We have found alternative accomodation for his family. The Lord also blessed us with a visit by two brothers from Kabwata Baptist Church. These were brothers Chipita and Seke L. We thank God for the time we were together.

On 25th February 2010, I started teaching a certificate class at Covenant College on a summary of Christian Doctrine. I also attended the preparatory meeting for the Eastern Province Reformed Baptist Churches Conference on 27th February 2010 in Sinda.

PRAYER REQUEST
1. Give glory and honour to the Almighty God for His goodness in sustaining us.
2. Prayer for our evangelism seminar on 6th March 2010. Pastor Charles M. will be speaking to us.
3. We will have a one month evangelism thrust from 8th March 2010.
4. Pray that many of us will come to table of the Lord on 2nd July 2010 to be edified.
5. Pray for Bornface Z., who is attending a court case regarding being the victim of theft. Pray that the justice of the Lord will prevail.
6. Thank God for preserving the family of Brother Biseck M. when the house was damaged.
7. Pray that the Lord will help us acquire the K1.4 million required as a contribution towards the Eastern Province Reformed Conference before 15th March 2010.
