Dear Brethren, We as a Church would like to thank you for your continuous prayer for us in Sinda. The Church is growing both spiritually and numerically. The programmes are running smoothly though poor attendance in some activities tends to be a discouraging factor at times.  1. GOOD NEWSOn Sunday, 5th of October we had one man, Mr. Yoronimo T., stand to testify of his conversion before the gathered congregation. Mr. Yoronimo was once a parish chairperson in a Roman Catholic Church. He is currently in the baptism class and will soon be baptised. 2. BITTEN BY A DOG Recently, as Mr. Yoronimo and I were evangelising in the village, I was bitten by a dog that belonged to a Mr. Postani M. I had never met him before. Once discovering that the dog was his I went to tell him about the matter. The good news about all this is that we had an opportunity to share the gospel with him right there and forgot about the attack by his dog! Graciously the man was converted after several follow ups. He now worships with us and has left the Roman Catholic Church. 3. "MY HUSBAND IS STOPPING ME FROM GOING TO CHURCH - PLEASE HELP" I met Mrs. Kaloi D. during the time we went out as a Church for evangelism. Her problem was that her husband forbade her to attend Church. Whenever she would prepare on a Sunday to go for services he would get angry. She asked me and my wife to visit their home once a week on Tuesdays. We have started this programme and would request that you pray for us. Prayer Needs 1. Pray for Mr. Yoronimo for Spiritual growth. 2. Pray for Mr. Postani M. for Spiritual growth. 3. Give thanks that I am fine in spite of the dog bite. 4. Pray for Mrs. Z., who is very sick. 5. Pray for the building project for which we still need funds. Yours, German B. Missionary Pastor
